In Google, do a search using the following:

?intitle:index.of? file extention file name

Example: ?intitle:index.of? mp3 u2

You can also use <a href="http://music.yisou.com/">Yahoo!</a> to search for music though (useful when looking for C-pop), that's what I used to do. ^^;;
